Terms of Service

Important: These terms should be reviewed for your jurisdiction before accepting paid orders.

1. Overview

This website is operated by Walid Nouma under the name Spectrum Studio. By placing an order or using the contact form, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering and payment

Prices shown on the Services page are fixed and payable via PayPal. Submitting an order creates a request record without requiring upfront payment. Spectrum Studio reviews the request and prepares a watermarked preview. Payment unlocks the clean Final Deliverable after the customer approves the result.

3. Order tracking

Your order code and checkout email together let you view your order's status on the Track Order page. You're responsible for keeping your order code reasonably private, since anyone with both the code and email can view that order's status.

4. Revisions

Each service includes the revision allowance stated at the time of order. Pre-payment revisions are requested from the tracking page. Changes requested after delivery and payment may require a separate quote or additional charge.

5. Delivery timelines

Typical delivery windows are noted on the Services and FAQ sections of this site. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary based on order volume and project complexity.

6. Refunds

If work has not yet started, a full refund is available on request. Once work is underway, refunds are handled case by case — contact us directly to discuss.

7. Intellectual property

Once a project is paid for and delivered, the client owns the final delivered files. Spectrum Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and Latest Work log unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of liability

Spectrum Studio provides creative work as described at the time of order and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use. Total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. This clause is a starting point only — have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it.
