1. Who we are

Spectrum Studio is operated by Walid Nouma. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website, place an order, or track an order, and how it's used.

2. Information we collect

When you place an order, the details you enter — name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), the service you selected, your budget and timeline, and your project description — are stored in our order database so we can process, deliver, and let you track your order. When you pay through PayPal, PayPal handles and stores your payment information under its own privacy policy; we only see your name, email, and the amount paid.

3. Where your data is stored

Order records are stored with Supabase, our database provider. Order and status-update emails are sent through EmailJS, our email delivery provider. Both are third-party services that process this data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms; we don't control their infrastructure, but we only send them the fields described in Section 2.

4. How we use your information

5. Order tracking & the studio dashboard

Your order status is visible to you on the Track Order page only when you provide both the correct order code and the email address used at checkout — this lookup never exposes any other customer's order. The studio dashboard, which lists all orders so work can be managed and delivered, is restricted to the studio owner behind a secure login.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Your browser may store your order code locally on the tracking page for convenience; this stays on your device.

7. Data retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed to deliver and support your order, for basic bookkeeping, and to resolve any follow-up questions. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 8.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you've shared by emailing contact@spectrumstudio.net with your order code. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change too. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

11. Contact
